These terms govern the Aion referral program. By requesting a referral link or sharing one, you (the “Referrer”) agree to them. The program rewards you for introducing other firms to the Aion software subscription — it is not a fee for introducing clients to any firm.

1. Eligibility

Anyone with a valid email address may join — you do not need to be an Aion customer. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with any rules of your own firm, regulator, or employer. We may decline or remove any Referrer at our discretion.

2. How referrals are tracked

  • You receive a unique referral link. When someone clicks it, we record the referral for up to 90 days (or until they subscribe, whichever comes first).
  • A referral only counts for a new customer subscribing for the first time. It does not apply to existing or returning customers, plan changes, or your own account (no self-referrals).
  • Tracking relies on cookies and the customer using your link; we cannot reward referrals we cannot attribute.

3. The reward

  • The referred customer receives 15% off everything they buy from Aion — both their subscription (for as long as they remain subscribed) and any pay-as-you-go application credits.
  • A new referred customer may also start with a free trial, limited to one trial per firm. A valid payment method is required up front; the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled. We may decline or end a trial where the same firm or payment card has already trialed, or where we reasonably suspect abuse.
  • You earn a 15% commission on the standard (list) price — that is, the price before the referral discount — of everything that customer buys from Aion, including subscription payments (for as long as their subscription stays active) and pay-as-you-go credits, while the program remains in effect.
  • Commission accrues only on payments Aion has actually received and retained; it is reduced proportionally for any amount later refunded.

4. Payment of commission

  • Commissions are paid in GBP, monthly in arrears. A payment only becomes payable once it is at least 30 days old (so it is past the typical refund/chargeback window).
  • A minimum payout of £25 applies — balances below this roll over until they reach the minimum.
  • We pay commission through Stripe. Before we can pay you, you must complete Stripe's payout onboarding, which includes providing your bank details and identity verification directly to Stripe. Stripe handles and stores those details; we do not see or store your bank details. If you are a business, you should also provide a corresponding invoice.
  • Unclaimed commission expires after 12 months. If commission has been payable for more than 12 months and you have not completed payout onboarding so we can pay it, that commission is forfeited.

5. Refunds, chargebacks & cancellations

No commission is owed on any payment that is refunded, charged back, reversed, or otherwise not retained by Aion. If we have already paid commission on an amount that is later refunded or charged back, we may offset it against future commissions or ask you to repay it.

6. Tax

Commissions are paid gross. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on them. If you are VAT-registered, you should invoice us accordingly. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or share your link in a way that breaches any law or platform rule;
  • misrepresent Aion, its pricing, or its features, or make claims we have not approved;
  • impersonate Aion, bid on our brand/trademarks in paid search, or use misleading domains or messaging;
  • self-refer, create fake accounts, or otherwise game attribution.

Breach may result in withheld or forfeited commission and removal from the program.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, the commission rate, or any program parameter, or suspend or end the program, at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also end your participation at any time. On termination, we will pay any commission that is already eligible and not subject to clawback; no further commission accrues after the effective date.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. Questions: contact@immigration.aionautomation.org.
